Contract
The placing of an order on the website constitutes an offer not a contract of sale. You will receive an email from Branchstow acknowledging receipt of your order. However, no contract will exist between you and Branchstow until we confirm such acceptance to you by sending you a further email that the goods have been despatched (the “despatch confirmation”). You agree that electronic means of communication (email) is used by Branchstow as the primary means of communication. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. You will become the owner of the products you have ordered when the products have been delivered to you.
Product Availability and Despatch
All products as listed on the website are subject to availability. You accept that we are not liable for titles either temporarily or permanently unavailable. In circumstances where items are out of stock and not expected to be delivered within 30 days Branchstow will notify you. In certain circumstances items may either be shipped separately or items may be held back and shipped as one parcel.
In all cases please allow up to 30 days for delivery. Branchstow cannot guarantee delivery of titles by a certain time and delivery times provided are an estimate only and you accept that we have no liability for late delivery or delay for any other reason.
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the despatch date Branchstow shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email within 40 days of the date on which the goods were despatched to you. If you notify us, Branchstow’s only obligation will be, at its option, to make good any shortage or non delivery; to replace any goods that are damaged or defective, or to refund to you the amount paid to you for the goods in question.
Responsiblity for Local Taxes and Duties
When we ship products for delivery outside the UK the recipient is liable for any local taxes or import duties that may be payable.

Branchstow takes seriously the issue of security and uses state of the art encryption and secure (SSL) server to help ensure privacy of any information you provide. However, the security of information and payment transmitted over the internet cannot be guaranteed. Any losses incurred or sustained by the users who transmit information shall be borne solely and exclusively by such user and in no event shall any such losses in whole or part be borne by Branchstow. Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy
In accordance with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2014 you:
may cancel your order at any time prior to the items being despatched. In such cases you must email Branchstow quoting your order details and any monies processed will be refunded.
if you wish to cancel your order following the despatch of the product(s) you must notify us by email within 14 days following the date of delivery, quoting your order details and the reason for the return. In order to receive a full refund please return the unwanted products to Branchstow in perfect condition and at your own cost and risk within 14 days of notifying us of your intent to return an order. If a DVD is cellophane wrapped and this packaging is opened by the customer, then we are not legally obliged to offer any refund.
in the event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged, please notify us by email of the problem within 30 days of receipt (in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015) and we will offer you the choice of a replacement or full refund. We will also reimburse postage – the postage method used should be reasonably economic.
