The Buckley Railway Album and Associated Industries by Paul Davies, Christopher Dawson and John Thomas. This title features more than 200 photographs, many of which have never been previously published. They recall a local, standrad gauge mineral railway that connected the two industrial towns of Buckley and Connah’s Quay in Flintshire, North Wales.

The compilers have combined their knowledge and research to take the reader on a nostalgic trip back in time to experience something of the difficulties in working this steeply graded, antiquated industrial line. The album charts the journey from the docks at Connah’s Quay up line to Buckley Junction and includes many views of industries served en-route.
